This season, we consider the art of a good meal and the traditions and daily rituals that help ground and connect us. We celebrate the joy of slowing down and spending time together, and of careful preparation using fresh ingredients served on tableware collected over time. We explore the spaces in which to enjoy these moments and the sensory pleasures of colour, texture and flavour. Above all, we cherish meaningful conversation over a shared table.

“The table calls, so gather round,” says TOAST Creative Director Laura Shippey. For Spring Summer 2026 we are “savouring the joy of good food, shared.” The collection is inspired by the art of the produce, the setting and the company. There is humour and wit, and it is relaxed and unhurried. “Everyone pitches in with the prep,” says Laura. There is “a feeling of adventure, abundance and simple pleasures.”

We look to the cooks who made a significant impact on British food culture, including Elizabeth David, Rose Grey and Fergus and Margot Henderson. “Though not all of these cooks made that same journey, what connects them is an appreciation for simplicity,” says Laura, “of good ingredients, letting flavours shine, and bringing a relaxed and joyful approach to cooking. They believed that a good meal, artfully executed, can shake us from our routines, through bringing us into the present moment.”
