UK Standard Delivery Timings
During sale periods we receive a high volume of orders. This is currently impacting our usual timings for Standard Delivery. Our warehouse team in Swansea are working to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience.

Usually arrives in 3-4 working days.
Delivered by Royal Mail with online tracking.
Express Delivery - £6
Usually arrives in 1-2 working days.
Delivered by Royal Mail with online tracking.
Before 8pm Next Working Day Delivery - £8
Guaranteed delivery on the next working day before 8pm.
Delivered by DHL with online tracking.
Option (after despatch) to change delivery day, redirect to a neighbour or collect from one of 3,500 DHL ServicePoints.
Before 12pm Next Working Day Delivery - currently unavailable
Guaranteed delivery on the next working day before midday.

PLEASE NOTE: Next Working Day services require orders to be placed before 2pm on a working day. Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend or public holiday will be delivered within 2 working days.
Delivery Information
Standard deliveries are made by Royal Mail between 7am and 7pm.
Express deliveries are made by Royal Mail between 8am and 8pm.
Next Working Day deliveries are made by DHL between 9am and 8pm.
Deliveries made by DHL will require a signature. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign or choose to collect from one of 3,500 DHL ServicePoints across the UK. There are some postcodes where Next Working Day deliveries are not available.
Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are NOT classed as working days.
UK delivery includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight.
All New Makers products are supplied as made to order. The product delivery times will be shown against individual items. There will be no added delivery cost for the product. The order processing will be carried out by TOAST and the product will be supplied to you directly from the Maker.
TOAST cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

Collection from a TOAST Shop
Collection can be selected during the online checkout process if one or more shops have all of the items in your order. Orders are usually available for collection within 24 hours.
An email will be sent to notify you once your order is ready for collection. Please do not travel to a shop until you have received this email.
After 24 hours, if you have not received a collection email, please contact our customer service team who will be able to advise you on the status of your order.
When collecting, please have a copy of the email ready to show on your phone. If someone that you know is collecting on your behalf, please ensure they have a copy of the email on their phone. We are unable to release items to couriers.
Orders will be held for 7 days at the selected shop, after which the order will be cancelled and a refund processed.

When will my order arrive at the shop?
Orders are usually available for collection within 24 hours.
How will I know when to pick up my order from the shop?
You should wait until you have received this notification before visiting the selected shop.
How much does it cost to collect my order from a TOAST shop?
This service is provided free of charge.
Can I try on, return or exchange items in a shop?
When you receive your order, you are very welcome to try on any garments. If you would like to return anything, this can be done at the time or at a later date. Exchanges for a different size can be done at the shop, subject to the shop having the alternative size.
Can I return items collected in store using your online returns service?
At this time, all returns for collected items must be made to a TOAST shop. This can be any shop within the UK.
Can I ask someone else to collect my order for me?
Your order can be collected by someone else. They will need a copy of the order confirmation or collection notification email which can be forwarded to their phone.
How long do I have to collect my order?
Your order will be kept at the selected shop for 7 days, after which it will be cancelled and a refund processed.
