Matt Grimmitt has been making pots for almost two decades, formerly part of the team at the historic Winchcombe Pottery in rural Gloucestershire. Now running his own practice, he creates richly decorated slipware that places functionality at the forefront.
Hand-thrown bowl by Matt Grimmitt, who draws on 20 years of experience including time as manager of the historic Winchcombe Pottery in rural Gloucestershire. Shaped to a rounded form with a raw terracotta base. Illustrated with a slip pattern around the outside that expresses movement, naturally varying from piece to piece. Exclusive to TOAST.

Each ceramic piece has been thrown or pressed and glazed by hand. Due to the handmade nature, there may be pleasing variations and irregularities in colour, size and shape.
