Handled baskets in various sizes, hand woven from local Bangladeshi sea-grass, known as Hogla. For storage, laundry or as you will.
Large storage basket handwoven by artisans supported by Fair Trade organisations across Bangladesh. Maison Bengal utilises locally grown natural materials and develops renowned traditional skills. Crafted to a capacious shape from hogla grass and finished with a sturdy handle at each side, for use as a log basket or as you will. Please note that this basket is larger than our Chatai Weave Hogla Storage Basket.
