When you arrive at the checkout, you may be given the option on selected items to choose Kvatt's 'returnable packaging' for a charge of £3.99.
Your order will then be delivered in a returnable mailing bag. If you are happy with your purchase, please return the bag to Kvatt using the prepaid returns label.
The packaging will then make its way back to a sorting facility where it will be cleaned before being put back into circulation. The process repeats itself until the bag reaches the end of its useful life.
