In-store donations should be handed directly to a member of the TOAST team during normal opening hours for processing. We politely request that you do not leave donations outside our shops.
Donations can also be sent, free of charge, to our warehouse using a tracked courier service with local drop off points widely available.
Donations sent to our warehouse must be registered on our donation portal using a valid email address. We politely request that you do not send donations directly to our warehouse.
Receipt of donations by the courier service will be confirmed by email. You will not be notified of delivery to our warehouse.
Once an item has been donated, it cannot be returned to the customer.
It will be deemed that you have made your donation, and we have accepted it from you, either at the point you hand it to us in store or at the point you drop off when using our courier service. In the unusual event of loss or damage during transit, we are unable to accept responsibility.
