COLLECT FROM A TOAST SHOP
Orders placed by 2pm can be collected from a TOAST standalone shop for free on the next working day. This delivery method can be selected during the online checkout process. (Orders cannot be collected from John Lewis or any other retailers).
Once your order is ready for collection an email will be sent to notify you. If you have selected to have delivery notifications by text message this will also be sent to you. Please bring a copy of the notification email and a form of photo ID with you on collection. If someone else is collecting on your behalf then they will need the email and a form of ID of the person who placed the order.
Orders will be held for 7 days at the selected shop, after which they will be returned to the TOAST warehouse and a refund processed.
Unfortunately due to the size of some homeware products, the following items cannot be ordered to collect from a TOAST shop: rugs, large throws, baskets and Christmas hampers.

When will my order arrive at the shop?
Orders placed by 2pm on a working will arrive by midday the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will arrive my midday in 2 working days.
How will I know when to pick up my order from the shop?
As soon as your order is ready for collection an email notification will be sent . It is advisable to wait until you have received this notification before visiting the selected shop. If you have selected to receive notifications by text message this will also be sent to you.
You will be required to sign a confirmation to say the order has been collected.
How much does it cost to collect my order from a TOAST shop?
This service is provided free of charge.
Can I try on, return or exchange items in a shop?
When you receive your order you will be asked if you would like to check that you are happy with everything and you are very welcome to try on any garments. If you would like to return or exchange any of your order this can be done at the shop or at a later time at home.
Can I ask someone else to collect my order for me?
Your order can be collected by some else. They will need a copy of the notification email as well as a form of ID of the person who placed the order.

Orders can only be collected from a UK TOAST standalone shop and not from a John Lewis concession or any other retailer.
